It was there that she developed a passion for health, and decided to pursue a degree in Nutrition, and later health coaching. Robin has helped hundreds of clients make healthy lifestyle changes, which inspired her to create PrimeLife. Her vision is for PrimeLife to provide people with access to more affordable and sustainable health and wellness options.

Barb is a retired Physical Educator and brings 4 decades of experience in the fitness industry. She is certified in advanced yoga training called Physioyoga, which integrates science-informed foundations with mindful movement and personalized wellness. Barb’s yoga classes focus on developing harmony between mobility and stability, allowing for optimal quality of life.
